The Government of Kerala extends income certificates to all citizens of the state, serving as a vital means to validate the annual income of individuals or families. These certificates are issued by village or taluk officers within the applicant’s respective areas. Crucially, for accessing various subsidies offered by the Kerala government, possessing this certificate is mandatory.
While offline applications can be submitted through Akshaya centers, this process often proves time-consuming. Therefore, opting for online application submission via the E-district portal is recommended for greater efficiency and convenience.
Please follow the given below steps to Submitting Income certificate application by online:
- Go to the e-district website ( https://edistrict.kerala.gov.in/ ). Select User Creation on the portal here.
- Click “Create your account Now “ and fill the details and click “validate”. (click Log in , if you have already created account.)
- Now login using the user name and password and Click on “Apply for a Certificate”.
- Choose the e-district Register No. of person for whom the application is required.
- Select the Certificate type as “Income”
- Select the purpose of certificate and other relevant details and Save.
- Upload the supporting documents. Only PDF files can be attached. Maximum size of PDF is 100KB per page.
- Make the online payment and Take print out of this receipt and application for future purpose.
To Track Status of Income Certificate application, Follow the below steps.
- Login to Kerala E-District portal.
- Click on “Transaction History.”
- Select Income Certificate Kerala Online Application Track Status
- Choose “From Date” and “To Date”. Click on “Go”.
- Click on View Status.
To Download Income Certificate in Kerala, Follow the below steps to download the Income Certificate in Kerala.
- Login to Kerala E-District portal and Click on Transaction History
- Choose “From Date” and “To Date”. Click on “Go”
- Click on View Status, if Status will be displayed as “Approved”.
